The service
ITEMPLS provides an item sourcing and in-game transfer service for Diablo II: Resurrected. You choose the exact item and specification you want; we find and source it, and transfer it to your character through an in-game trade. The amounts shown in the store are our fees for locating, sourcing, coordinating and transferring the selected item to your character. ITEMPLS does not sell, or claim legal ownership of, Blizzard Entertainment’s game content, virtual items or intellectual property.
Orders and item specifications
Each listing states what you will receive: the item, its mode (Ladder or Non-Ladder), and its base and roll where these vary. An order is for one mode only. Check the mode, the item and your Battle.net tag before you pay: an item delivered in one mode cannot be moved to the other.
Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we source your item and contact you by email to arrange the trade. Most orders are delivered within a few hours, and we aim to complete delivery within 24 hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline: timing depends on item availability and on you being online, in the mode you ordered, to accept the trade. If delivery takes longer than expected, we contact you by email with an updated estimate. If we cannot reach you, we keep your order and try again.
Payments
You pay with one of the methods shown at checkout, processed by the payment provider. We never see or store your card or payment-account details. Prices are in US dollars and are the same for every payment method.
Refunds and cancellations
We do not offer refunds or cancellations because you change your mind. If we cannot fulfill your order, we refund it in full; if we deliver the wrong item, we correct it or refund you. Details are in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Fraud and misuse
We may check an order before delivering it, and cancel and refund an order that appears fraudulent. If a payment is reversed after we delivered what was ordered, we may refuse further orders.
Blizzard and game content
Diablo and Diablo II: Resurrected are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Your use of the game, including any item transferred to your character, remains subject to Blizzard’s own terms.
