Who we are
ITEMPLS is operated by Mitrato SpA. For any privacy question or request, write to support@itempls.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address and Battle.net tag, the items and mode you order, and any order notes. We also record the IP address and browser used for the order, to prevent fraud.
- If you create an account: your email address, a hashed password and your order history.
- If you request an unavailable item: the item and mode, and your email address if you ask to be notified.
- If you email us: your message and email address.
We do not ask for your postal address, phone number or Battle.net password. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not receive your card or payment-account details.
How we use it
To deliver your order, contact you about it, run your account, answer your messages and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Emails
We only send emails about your order or account, and replies to you. No newsletters, promotions or abandoned-cart reminders.
Cookies
Only what the store needs to work: your cart and checkout session, your chosen mode (it_mode), item-request de-duplication (itempls_v), image-format detection, and login cookies if you sign in. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees it
Only the providers needed to run the store: the payment provider for your payment, and our hosting and email providers. Some pages currently load fonts and an image from outside servers (Google Fonts, our theme provider), which see your IP address.
Keeping and deleting
We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, disputes and accounting. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at support@itempls.com.
